STL files

All loaded on MMF, some are partial as they are waiting approval from MMF, I will work on them this week.

Also single miniatures will be delivered this week, creating all the share links for them. I am referring to the single STL models purchased. 

Painted Printed Models

We tested all the models for printing and the painter went ahead and started painting them.

MMF Release

I just shared all the normal models on MyMiniFactory.

Refunds 

Next week I will post an update and contact on how to get your refunds for overpayment. I am having quite a heavy week at work, probably 23hrs of overtime coming. And also got an appointment next Friday with the accountant on how to process the refunds correctly to avoid fines. 

Next models?

They are pretty much done, all the topless are ready, we are just finishing the test prints, then upload and share. 

Resin Models

Production has begun, all master 3d models were printed, and molds are almost done. Updates coming.

Production

We are cutting the models to send to the factory for the resin production. We hope to finish before the end of the week.  We do not 3D print the models, as the quality we achieve with resin casting is still much superior to the 3D printed models. 

Digital Files

We also started working on the files, we had a small delay due to a printer issue. 

We will test print all models before releasing the files. 

Here are some of the first prints. Eleego Saturn with Standard Grey resin was used.

CLARIFICATION

A few backers probably missed the update 08162022 and claimed I am not delivering what it was promised. In the update that you can see HERE

The Topless version was not going to be part of the Kickstarter. But due to several requests after doing some math, we decided to proceed. The cost of having all models remastered, and additional molds required is quite high. This is why we decided to give the DIGITAL Col and Gen pledge levels the extra models at a fraction of the cost. 

I understand not everyone reads updates, but these are important as you may miss some info. I agree and will make sure in the future to also post such important updates on the main page trying to make is also more evident. 

Many of you have read the update and added them with no issues. 

But we did a mistake

I just realized that the person in charge of Backerkit made a mistake and charged 25 and not 15 for the extra models. Next week I will contact the backers who have already paid the extra 10€ and offer a refund or add models at cost to make up for our mistake.

As Heresylab we ran over 35 Kickstarter in less than 4 years, and apart from one that caused us some issues not due to our end, and we are working to provide even a better product. We always fulfilled and delivered our products. Always strived to provide the highest as possible product. But as usual not all of us have the same expectations and we had a few unhappy customers.

Just a quick update, all resin models have been loaded, waiting to load the STL files. Once approved by Backerkit we will post an update.
